Group Counseling provides a supportive environment to discuss problems and concerns as you work toward your goals. Groups are offered throughout the year. They are awesome alone or in conjunction with individual therapy.
Coaching is an option for individuals who desire support in clarifying and achieving personal and professional goals.
Coaching should be considered if you desire help achieving a better-worklife balance, are in a stuck point in your career, and or wish to improve your health, nutrition, or eating habits. Unlike therapy, there is no diagnosing and coaching generally is not covered by insurance. Coaching is available for 1 session or multiple sessions.
EAP Counseling is a short-term solution-focused counseling model offered by most employers. A referral is needed to recieve the free service. Magellan, OPTUM, CIGNA , ComPsych, WellPoint and Blue Anthem are currently accepted.
